Administrative Services <br />1. Approved as revised regular meeting minutes of February 20, 2007 and as <br />submitted General Plan Workshop minutes of January 30, 2007 <br />City Attorney <br />2. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a second amendment to the <br />Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Agreement <br />City Manager <br />3. Approved appointment of Councilmember McGovern to the Community Monitor <br />Committee established by the Altamont Settlement Agreement dated November <br />1999 <br />4. Adopted Resolution No. 07-097 authorizing the submittal of two applications for <br />State HELP (Housing Enabled by Local Partnerships) program funds: 1) to provide <br />increased funding for the city's Housing Rehabilitation Program for low income <br />Pleasanton home owners; and 2) to provide continued funding for the City's Down <br />Payment Assistance program for low and moderate income Pleasanton home <br />buyers <br />5. Adopted Resolution No. 07-098 approving the Altamont Settlement Agreement <br />Education Advisory Board's Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2007-08 <br />Economic Development <br />6. Approved the purchase of a surety bond to replace the cash Reserve Fund and <br />deposit the released cash of $3.8 million in the Capital Improvement Fund for <br />future capital improvements in North Pleasanton or the Downtown area <br />Fire <br />7. Adopted Resolution No. 07-99 declaring that weeds, dirt, rubbish, and refuse upon <br />or in front of certain described properties within the City of Pleasanton constitutes <br />public nuisances and that they be abated, and setting a public hearing regarding <br />the abatement <br />Planning <br />8. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />9. PUD-85-15-18M, Dr. Ramsey Araj - accepted the application for a minor <br />modification to an approved PUD development plan to reduce the rear yard <br />setback from the required 30 feet to 20 feet to allow the construction of an <br />approximately 450-square-foot pool cabana in the rear yard of the existing <br />residence located at 2002 Valley Oak Road <br />City Council Minutes 2 March 20, 2007 <br />
