mean the date on which the last signature is affixed to this <br />Agreement on the signature page hereof. <br /> <br /> 2. City's Rights. <br /> <br /> 2.1 City's Riqhts. During the term of this <br /> <br />Agreement, City shall have the right to enter upon and have <br />full access to the Property in and around the Mohr House for <br />the purpose of evaluating and protecting the Mohr House. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Costs. The City's activities on the Property <br />shall be at the sole cost and expense of City. <br /> <br /> 2.3 Agents. city may, whenever it so desires, <br /> <br />act through employees, agents, independent contractors, <br />consultants and other representatives, or any one or a com- <br />bination of same, (herein together called the "Representatives") <br />in connection with its operations upon the Property. <br /> <br /> 2.4 City's Property. Any property of any nature <br />brought by City or Representatives upon the Property, including <br />but not limited to equipment, materials, supplies, facilities <br />and improvements, shall remain the property of City or Repre- <br />sentatives irrespective of whether or not it becomes in any <br />way attached to the Property and the same may be removed <br />without liability to Land Owner. <br /> <br /> 2.5 Removal of Property. Following any termination <br />of this Agreement, City shall have the right to remove within <br />whatever time is reasonably required thirty (30) days after <br />termination, any equipment, supplies, materials, facilities <br />or other things of value. <br /> <br /> - 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
