ATTACHMENT 3. <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into <br /> <br />this day of , 1987, by and between <br /> <br />Miriam Chu, Eugene Y.C. Choi, Max Gahrahmat (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Land Owner"), and the City of Pleasanton <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Land Owner is the owner of that certain real property <br />located in Alameda County, State of California, more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (hereinafter referred <br />to as "the Property"). <br /> <br /> B. The City desires to evaluate the feasibility of <br />historic renovation of the Mohr House situated on the Property <br />and desires to obtain the right to enter the Property for the <br />purposes of such evaluation and of protecting the Mohr House. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in <br />hand paid by the City to Land Owner, and for other good and <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Term of Aqreement <br /> <br /> 1.1 The term of this Agreement shall commence as <br /> <br />of the Date of Execution of this Agreement, and shall continue <br />for a period of one (1) year.
