EXHIBIT "As <br /> SCOPE OF WORE <br /> <br /> Interactive Resources, Inc., will prepare a report <br />evaluating the feasibility and optional uses for the <br />relocatlon and reuse of the Mohr House. The report will <br />include: <br /> <br /> 1. Assessment of the existing condition and the <br /> historical issues. <br /> <br /> 2. Phased work program for the historic <br /> rehabilitation. <br /> <br /> 3. Cost estimates of the program with costs <br /> associated with each phase. <br /> <br /> 4. Schematic sketches showing: <br /> <br /> a. expansion and modernization of restrooms <br /> <br /> b. provision of a modern kitchen capable of <br /> preparing meals for 100 persons <br /> <br /> c. provisions for disabled access. <br /> <br /> d. site plan on a 2 acre site <br /> <br /> 5. Evaluate current si~e and relocation to <br /> alternate sites. <br /> <br /> The historic rehabilitation program will follow the <br />Department of Interior Standards for the Rehabilitation <br />of Historic Buildings and will incorporate the State <br />Historic Building Code. <br /> <br /> One copy of the report with original photographs is <br />included in the not-to-exceed fee.
