shall not apply if the liability, loss or expense arises in <br />whole or in part from the act or omission of Land Owner. It <br />is understood, however, that the City does not have or by <br />this Agreement, accept the duty to protect the Mohr House from <br />vandalism or to make the Mohr House safe for use by the <br />public or any individuals not on the Property at the invitation <br />of the City. The covenants of this Paragraph and Paragraph <br /> <br />2.2 shall survive termination. <br /> 4. Rent <br /> <br /> The work conducted by City on the Property is being <br />done for the benefit of both City and the Land Owner and <br />therefore no rent will be chargeable. <br /> <br /> 5.
