accordance with this Paragraph 5.1. Placement in the mail <br /> shall be the date which the United States Post Office marks on <br /> the receipt which it issues to the sender upon the placement <br /> of the item in the United States registered mail. <br /> <br /> 5.2 Chanqe of Address. Either party reserves the <br /> right to change the address to which said notices may be sent, <br /> upon giving to the other party a written statement of said <br /> change in the same fashion as required for notices which may <br /> be permitted or required hereunder. <br /> <br /> 5.3 Captions. The titles or captions on the various <br />articles and paragraphs in this Agreement are for convenient <br />reference only, and are not to be construed so as to vary or <br />modify in any way the texts or the sections contained in the <br />paragraphs or other sections contained herein. <br /> <br /> 5.4 Entire Aqreement. The within Agreement contains <br />the entire understanding of the parties and there are no repre- <br />sentations, inducements, promises or agreements, oral or written, <br />between the parties, which are not embodied herein. No amendment <br />or deletion hereof shall be binding on any of the parties <br />hereto unless same is in writing and signed by all parties. <br /> <br /> 5.5 Attorneys' Fees. If any action, arbitration <br /> <br />or other proceeding (including but not limited to appeals) be <br />brought to interpret or enforce this Agreement, the prevailing <br />party shall be entitled to an award of attorneys' fees and <br />costs incurred in the action or arbitration, in addition to all <br />other awards. <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
