CBC Construction in the amount of $130,360 for the Pleasanton Police Facility Dispatch Center Remodeling, Project No. 018047; authorized the Director of Public Works to approve and execute contract change order for a contingency amount of $26,000; and authorized the transfer of $11,000 from the Facilities Renovation Fund 043900-4385 (SR 06:224) 41. Approved and authorized the Director of Public Works to execute a change order for HSR General Engineering Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $105,000 for the import of fill material for the future Bernal Park Site; and authorized the transfer of funds in the amount of $105,000 from Bernal Park, CIP Project 007065 to the Bernal Channel Restoration Project, CIP No. 037049 (SR 06:229) 4j. Appealed to the Planning Commission PUD-01-9M, Mike Renquist; application for a minor modification to an approved PUD for a single-family lot located at 2511 Yolanda Court to increase the maximum building height from 23 feet to 26 feet; to allow a barrel tile roof; and to allow design review approval by the Planning Director (IR 06:35) 4k. Approved and authorized the City Manager to enter in a professional services agreement with Field Paoli in the amount of $79,050 for architectural services to conduct a feasibility analysis for expanding the Pleasanton Public Library building; authorized the City Manager to approve a contract amendment, if needed, not to exceed $31,250 to conduct preliminary concept space planning design studies; and authorized funding from the CIP Civic Center Site Improvements Reserve 988029 in the amount of $105,300 (SR 06:232) Motion: It was m/s by ThornelBrozosky to approve Items 4a through 4k, as submitted and noted. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Eileen Finnel stated that through her comments she was representing Hacienda Mobile Home Park homeowner in attendance at the meeting. She spoke of the various problems that have come about in the last 14 months. She noted they are very grateful to Michael Roush for his work with the park owner, but she feels he has been ignored. She asked the City Attorney to help with the enforcement of this agreement. City Attorney Roush commented since the Park was sold in 1999, it has been a struggle at times to get the owners to live up to their end of the agreement. Many of the things that could be done that are not costly don't get done. He added they are in negotiations concerning a new rent agreement. They are looking at all of the items raised to try to see if there are ways to make them tighten down some of the provisions in the agreement. When they negotiated in 2001, attempts were made to make the maintenance provisions a little more specific. There have been some efforts made with respect to the tree trimming where there is a provision now in place to hopefully prevent the occurrence of what happened last year.
