<br />4. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />Councilmember Brozosky referred to Item 4a, Special City Council Meeting Minutes of <br />August 29, 2006, page 2 referencing the substitute motion at the bottom of the page, <br />noted a summary of Alternative A and B in the Minutes would be helpful. Just following <br />that, he indicated where it reads, "removed Santa Rita Road at Black" it should be <br />"Santa Rita Road at Francisco. was what actually changed. He questioned if the model <br />run of Bush connecting from Valley to EI Charro was included in the motion. <br /> <br />Staff responded that the modification or the run includes the connection from Valley <br />through Busch to EI Charro. <br /> <br />Regarding Item 4d, referencing commissioner absences, Councilmember Brozosky <br />noted that the process in place requires if you miss 20% of the meetings you get notice <br />requesting an explanation. He questioned if a modification of this process was needed <br />for commissions or committees that don't meet as frequently. <br /> <br />Staff responded in order to do this the ordinance would need to be modified. <br /> <br />4a. Approved regular meeting minutes of August 15, 2006 and General Plan <br />workshop minutes of August 29, 2006 as submitted; approved as amended the <br />special meeting minutes of August 29, 2006 <br /> <br />4b. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission as <br />submitted (IR 06:037) <br /> <br />4c. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a consulting services <br />contract with BSK & Associates in the amount of $27,925 to provide geotechnical <br />specialty inspection and material sampling for the Pleasanton Veteran's Memorial <br />Building Renovation Project No. 008039 (SR 06:230) <br /> <br />4d. Accepted Commissioner absences report for the period covering January 1 <br />through June 30, 2006 (SR 06:235) <br /> <br />4e. Accepted public improvements for Annual Sidewalk and Access Ramp <br />Installation, CIP Project No. 045005 performed by AJW Construction; authorized <br />the City Clerk file a notice of completion and the transfer of surplus project funds <br />in the amount $21,798 into the Annual Sidewalk and Access Ramp Installation, <br />CIP Project No. 055005 (SR 06:223) <br /> <br />4f. Pulled from the agenda and rescheduled to October 3, 2006 - Adopt a <br />Resolution establishing a two-way stop at the intersection of Blackbird <br />Way/Skylark Way and Woodthrush Road (SR 06:222) <br /> <br />4g. Accepted public improvements for Tract 7160, Vineyard Hill located south of <br />Vineyard Avenue and Clara Lane and Parcel Map 7481, Vineyard View, located <br />north of Vineyard Avenue and authorized the City Clerk file a notice of completion <br />(SR 06:226) <br /> <br />4h.
