Mr. Roush said yes if Measure X contemplated a fast track process for the Community Park. Ms. McGovern said she could support the motion. She mentioned that the Youth Master Plan Implementation Committee (YMPIC) wanted to be included in the process. She asked staff if a presentation on the matter could be made to the YMPIC? Mr. Fialho said yes. Mr. Brozosky said he could support the motion if the exact wording of Measure X stated that the Master Plan for the approximately 50-acre Community Park is to be determined by using a fast-track public process.
