The project <br /> site is located at 6180 and 6226 Stoneridge Mall Road and is zoned PUD-C-O (Planned <br /> Unit Development-Commercial-Office District). <br /> <br /> Ms. Decker presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Bill Durgin, representing Charles Schwab Company, Inc., was available to answer any <br /> questions. <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman asked if there was any opportunity for the applicant to consider <br /> impervious materials for its parking lot? <br /> <br /> The project engineer, Kier & Wright, Civil Engineers & Surveyors, said every option is <br /> being considered. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. McGovern, seconded by Mr. Thorne, to find that the <br /> proposed PUD major modification is consistent with the General Plan and purposes of <br /> the PUD ordinance; make the PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed <br /> in the Planning Commission staff report; and to introduce Ordinance 1922, an ordinance <br /> approving the application of Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. for a PUD major <br /> modification to modify the approved development plan as filed under Case PUD-81-22- <br /> 11M. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, and Mayor Hosterman <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brozosky <br /> ABSTAINED: None <br /> <br /> 6e <br /> R~view and consideration of a resolution supportin.q the approval of Creekside Memorial <br /> Park, a new cemetery at 7000 Camino Tassaiara to serve the qreater Tri-Valley <br /> .communities.
