On item 4k, Mr. Brozosky questioned the Conditions of Approval language on Exhibit B, 5(i). Mr. <br />Brozosky requested the wording be changed to indicate the future building applicants be encouraged to <br />explore the use of recycled gray water, rain water, etc..for landscape irrigation. <br /> <br /> Kevin Close, a Happy Valley Resident, indicated that he agreed with Council on water <br />conservation and that he was concerned about the gray water system and how it was going to effect the <br />septic system. Mr. Close also indicated that he would not encourage gray water going into the closed <br />aquifer of the Happy Valley area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky questioned staff regarding proposed gray water systems and whether people would <br />be noticed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho said yes and would include any kind of condition that is unusual or somewhat related to <br />the added conditions as part of the notification process. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. McGovern, seconded by Mr. Brozosky, that the following actions under <br />the Consent Calendar be taken, with the exception of agenda item 4f and the addition of the item <br />regarding the appointment of Marcia Jones to the Altamont Landfill Education Advisory <br />Committee. <br /> <br />a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of April 5, 2005. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. Adopted Resolution 05-021 a resolution approving the execution of a Joint Use Agreement for the <br /> Veterans Memorial Building. (SR 05:094) <br /> <br />f.
