3.AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Cy Matin, a Pleasanton resident, requested agenda item 4g be removed from the Consent <br />Calendar to allow for discussion. <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman noted that agenda item 4g was removed from the Consent Calendar and <br />placed under Public Hearings and Other Matters as item 6e. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. McGovern, that the following actions <br />under the Consent Calendar be taken, with the exception of agenda item 4g and corrections <br />made to paragraph five, page eight of the joint workshop minutes of March 22 to reflect the <br />creation of a cul-de-sac is 1.3 miles, and to paragraph four, page one of the minutes of the <br />March 15 Council meeting minutes to correct the spelling of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 03/15/05 and the joint workshop and <br /> special meeting minutes of 03/22/05. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br /> (IR 05:023) No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />c. Approved monthly disbursements, investment report, and COPS AB 3229 expenditure reports <br /> for February 2005. (SR 05:091) <br /> <br />d. Proclaimed April 3-9, "Week of the Young Child" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />e. Commended the Pleasanton Lions Club in recognition of its 75th anniversary. <br /> <br />f. Accepted public improvements related to the 1-580 Smart Corridor Project - traffic signal <br /> systems equipment including battery backup power systems, video detection systems, and <br /> related improvements, CIP 005017 (Federal Project #CML-5101-013). (SR 05:046) <br /> <br />g. Approval of Amendment No. I to the consultant agreement with Rasmussen Planning, Inc. <br /> (CM 04-127) for the Bernal property. Adopted Resolution 05-018, a resolution approving the vacation of waterline easements within <br /> Tract 7193, Sycamore Heights, Richey and Silveira with a reservation of a portion of one <br /> easement.
