He disagreed with the Jury's final recommendation, and preferred the design plans <br />submitted by Nuvis, San Ramon, for its traditional nature as well as the location of the <br />ball fields in conjunction with the performing arts center. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky noted that the final choice was difficult as he favored three of the <br />five final design plans. He was relying on the Jury's comments related to sustalnability, <br />as there are unique elements in each of the design plans. He would prefer for the final <br />design plan to include more water elements. He also believed that Council would have <br />the opportunity to integrate some of the elements it liked from the other designs into the <br />final design plan. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hosterman appreciated elements in every design plan, but she tended to <br />gravitate towards the Confluence Park scheme, which she thought would be an overall <br />amenity to the entire community. In an effort to move forward with a design plan, she is <br />relying on the Jury's' recommendation.
