He asked staff if <br />it would be the responsibility of the residential developers to disclose the adjacent <br />industrial uses? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said that the residential developers would be required to disclose the <br />pre-existing industrial uses to proposed buyers. <br /> <br /> In response to an inquiry by Mr. Brozosky, Mr. Swift believed that MBM opened <br />for business at 7:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico mentioned that he also met with the property owner. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Don Bruzzone, property owner, 5555 Sunol Boulevard, stated that he had <br />contacted all of the neighbors immediately surrounding Cot-O-Van's proposed location. <br />He has received a letter in support of the application from Frank Berlogar, owner of the <br />adjacent property and business (Berlogar Geotechnical Consultants) at 5587 Sunol <br />Boulevard. He noted that the homes that are near to the area where maintenance would be <br />performed are completely blocked by a high wall. <br /> <br /> Francis Chan, project architect, 3860 Blackhawk Road, Danville, noted that Cor- <br />O-Van is excited about locating its business in Pleasanton. With 50 years of being in <br />business, Cor-O-Van has become one of the leaders in the relocation and storage of <br />corporate and personal assets. He mentioned that the applicant does not have any issues <br />with the conditions of approval and looks forward to a favorable decision. <br /> <br /> Vanessa Kawalhau, 871 Sycamore Road, noted that Cor-O-Van has a history of <br />being a good corporate citizen. She asked Council to keep this in mind when considering <br />this application. <br /> <br /> Ned Wood, Collier International Commercial Real Estate Service, 3343 Moraga <br />Boulevard, Lafayette, worked with the previous owners of this property. Collier <br />International Commercial Real Estate Service marketed the building and eventually sold <br />it to Mr. Bruzzone. He noted that MBM starts receiving products at its facility at 4 a.m. <br /> <br /> Written communication was provided by Thomas M.
