Mr. Brozosky noted that the applicant is required to obtain a minimum of 50 <br />points with the Alameda County Waste Management Authority's green point rating <br />system. He asked if Council needed to adopt the green point rating system in the form of <br />an ordinance. <br /> <br /> Mr. gwift said that Council would ultimately adopt the green point rating system <br />in the form of an ordinance. When this project was originally approved, it was approved <br />with a menu of energy conservation measures, and rather than use those same measures, <br />staff has substituted the current !ist with the 50 green points, which the applicant will <br />meet. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br />There were no speakers and the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, finding that the <br />PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan, Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance, and introducing <br />Ordinance No. 1907, an ordinance approving the development plan for Case PUD- <br />34, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />PAP-64/PCUP-109, Robert J.
