Ms. Hosterman pointed out that the PEC is currently comprised of 18 members <br />and they might be satisfied with that number. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico said that each councilmember appointed a member to the PEC. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky was concerned about existing litigation and potential new litigation <br />with Signature Properties. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said that the closed session items, as listed on the agenda, do indicate <br />that the City has potential litigation involving Signature Properties concerning a number <br />of items regarding the Vineyard Avenue Roadway, PUD conditions and acceptance of <br />public improvements within the Ruby Hill subdivision.
