Mr. Brozosky noted that Council had received organizational goals and one of the <br />items listed was for the IS Department to complete the implementation of improved <br />security measures for management computers used offsite. He had a concern if City <br />employees working from home could have access to confidential information? <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said he did not know the answer. His sense was that there are no files <br />from his office that would be accessible. He would need to verify this through the IS <br />Department to be able to provide a concrete answer. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky had a concern, and he wanted to make sure that Council is not <br />setting the City up for having some problems in the future by allowing information to be <br />accessible by the public. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush did not believe this would be the case, but he would check with the IS <br />Department. <br /> <br />8. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />A portion of the Closed Session was held before the meeting. <br /> <br />9.
