Larson, Senior Partner, Caporicci & <br />Larson, Certified Public Accountants, regarding the City audit for 2002-2003. <br /> <br /> There was a presentation by Ann Ludwig, Senior Program Manager, Alameda <br />County Waste Management Authority; Dave Sylvester, Construction Manager, East Bay <br />Habitat for Humanity; Michael Chao, Assistant Program Manager, East Bay Habitat for <br />Humanity; and Larry Strain, Siegel & Strain Architects, regarding the Livermore Habitat <br />for Humanity Project. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan mentioned that today the City had received calls regarding sewer <br />odors within the City limits. She reported that the odor has been identified as originating <br />from a refinery in northern Contra Costa County.
