(SR 04:048) <br />This item was removed and continued to 3/16/04 at the request of Ms. Ayala. <br /> <br />Adopted Ordinance 1901 - Amending Section 1 (Part) of Ordinance 1819 and <br />Sections 2.28.030 and 2.38.030 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning <br />liaison membership on the Human Services and Housing Commissions. <br /> <br />Adopted Ordinance 1902 - Approving the application of Valley Park Associates, <br />LLC, for PUD Rezoning and Development Plan approval, as filed under Case <br />PUD-30. <br /> <br /> Brian Banducci, 4137 Walnut Drive, provided written communication to Council <br />in support of the project, and noted that the plans approved by the City Council for the <br />development on Ray Street appeared to be consistent in height and character with those <br />plans presented to the neighbors last year. <br /> <br /> L.
