demand a lot of effort and perfection from fairly. If it does not, employees will look
elsewhere for employment.

Mr. Brozosky believed Council was elected to only represent the citizens of this
community. He wanted to ensure that employees are being paid adequately, but pointed
out that there are other projects that he would like the Council to have the opportunity to
accomplish. Granting higher salary increases takes away from some of the projects and
services the community expects.

Ms. Ayala concurred with Mayor Picco's comments related to the makeup and
representation of the Council. She stated that her decision was not personal nor in any
way reflects on members of staff. Her decision was purely a fiscal, responsible decision.
She also believed Council was dec'ted to serve and represent the citizens of this
community, and to that extent, she must remove herself from any personal feelings. She
will continue to worry that Council is ignoring the cuts that will come from the State.
She believed the Council is acting like the State when revenue is flowing in. He complained about traffic
on Sycamore Creek and strongly opposed approval of a contract to construct the golf
course clubhouse end cart barn.
