Ms. Ayala requested Item 6E, approval of an amendment to the Management and Confidential Employee Compensation Plan including Livermore/Pleasanton Fire Department Management, be continued to October 21, 2003. Mr. Brozosky requested an urgency item be added to the agenda regarding the General Plan Discussion Forum. He provided Council and staffa written copy of his request outlining a few changes he would like to see made to the Forum. Mr. Roush verified this item could be added if it was an item that arose after the agenda was posted and is an item that needs Council action before the Council's next regular meeting. It was moved by Ms. Hosterman, seconded by Mr. Campbell to add General Plan Discussion Forum to the agenda as Item 6G, on grounds that the item arose after the agenda was posted and that Council action was necessary before its next regular meeting. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, that the following actions under the Consent Calendar be taken: Approved the Minutes of the City Council meeting of 09/02/03 and 09/16/03 as amended by Mr. Brozosky. Mr. Brozosky requested the Minutes of 09/02/03 be amended to correct the motion on page nine to reflect Council's approval of the $500,000 in CIP funds but with no source attached to it. He also requested that the Minutes of 09/16/03 be amended to make it clear that he, not the Simons, made the comments in the last sentence on page 11. Accepted the actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 03:041) No action was required or taken on this item.
