(SR 03:215)

Adopted Ordinance 1888, rezoning approximately 10.77 acres located at 3320 Stanley
Boulevard from the "Service Commercial" (C-S) to the "Public and Institutional" (P)
District.

Adopted Resolution No. 03-090, authorizing the City Manager to accept 9,500 square
feet of property from the Wentworth Trusts and to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the
Wentworth Trusts for 13,600 square feet of property. (SR 03:220)

Jerry Wagner, 6344 Alisal Street, objected to the exchange of property and did not feel
the City should give away land.

Mr. Roush explained that this action will remove the potential for a quiet title action the
City would have to file or defend against conceming the ownership of land. Staff
acknowledged there were discrepancies between deeds in the 1960s. An agreement was
reached with the Wentworths that would avoid litigation for all parties.

Approved the FY 2003/04 Park Renovation Fund Projects. (SR 03:228)

Approved a Consultant Agreement with Berryman & Henigar to provide pavement
evaluation services for the Pavement Management System Survey Update, Project No.
035021; and authorized the City Manager to execute the contract for an amount not to
exceed $42,355.
