Item 6f Formation of a Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) for LeMoine Ranch Estates, Tract 7176. (SR 03:136) Rob Wilson presented the staff report for this item. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Brozosky, to adopt Resolution No. 03-062, approving formation of the LeMoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District and appointing the Pleasanton City Council as the Board of Directors. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Chairman Pico called the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District to order. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to adopt Resolution No. GHADLM-03-001, appointing the officers for the Geologic Hazard Abatement District, and to adopt Resolution No. GHADLM-03-002, declaring its intention to order assessment of costs for maintenance and operation of improvements within the District, setting a public hearing concerning the proposed assessments and directing the Clerk to mail notice of the public hearing to the owners of the real property located in the GHAD. Item 6g Imposition of a Lien on 4085 Peregrine Way for Administrative Costs incurred with a Nuisance Abatement action. (SR 03:120) Michael Roush presented the staff report for both items. Ms. Ayala indicated she had driven by this property today and there appears to still be a problem. She asked that the Code Enforcement Officer inspect the property again.
