4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Hosterman, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions <br />on the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the amended Minutes of 04/15/03. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested that the Minutes be amended to make it clear that her motion on <br /> page 10 for approval o£ the New Cities Agreement included the $500,000 be spent <br /> toward the bypass road. <br /> <br />b. Accepted the Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br /> (IR 03:017) No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />c. Approved the Monthly Disbursements, Investment Report, and COPS AB 3229 <br /> Expenditure Reports for March 2003. (SR 03:114) <br /> <br />d. Recognized Kottinger Place on the occasion of its 30th anniversary. <br /> <br />e. Accepted the Audit of Financial Transactions for 2001-2002. (SR 03:126) <br /> <br />f. Commended Amador Valley High School Civics Class for placing second at the state <br /> level of the "We the People... the Citizen and the Constitution" competition. <br /> <br /> Commended Foothill High School Civics Class for placing fourth at the state level of the <br /> "We the People... the Citizen and the Constitution" competition. <br /> <br /> Proclaimed May as "Older Americans Month" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Commended Veda Becker for receiving the 2002 Nan Cohan Volunteer of the Year <br /> Award at the Pleasanton Senior Center. <br /> <br /> Commended Macias, Gini & Company, LLP for eight years of service to the City as its <br /> independent auditors. <br /> <br /> Proclaimed May 18-24, 2003 as "Public Works Week" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Adopted Resolution No. 03-039, making appointments to various Commissions and <br /> Committees.
