4. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Hosterman, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions on the Consent Calendar be taken: a. Approved the amended Minutes of 04/15/03. Ms. Ayala requested that the Minutes be amended to make it clear that her motion on page 10 for approval o£ the New Cities Agreement included the $500,000 be spent toward the bypass road. b. Accepted the Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 03:017) No action was required or taken on this item. c. Approved the Monthly Disbursements, Investment Report, and COPS AB 3229 Expenditure Reports for March 2003. (SR 03:114) d. Recognized Kottinger Place on the occasion of its 30th anniversary. e. Accepted the Audit of Financial Transactions for 2001-2002. (SR 03:126) f. Commended Amador Valley High School Civics Class for placing second at the state level of the "We the People... the Citizen and the Constitution" competition. Commended Foothill High School Civics Class for placing fourth at the state level of the "We the People... the Citizen and the Constitution" competition. Proclaimed May as "Older Americans Month" in Pleasanton. Commended Veda Becker for receiving the 2002 Nan Cohan Volunteer of the Year Award at the Pleasanton Senior Center. Commended Macias, Gini & Company, LLP for eight years of service to the City as its independent auditors. Proclaimed May 18-24, 2003 as "Public Works Week" in Pleasanton. Adopted Resolution No. 03-039, making appointments to various Commissions and Committees.
