Mr. Campbell asked if the PEC was unanimous in its recommendation? <br /> <br />Mr. Sullivan said that there was consensus. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell assumed the City normally does the mailings for projects and asked if the <br />developers were asked to pay for this on big projects? <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan said the developers do not pay for mailings, but the City asks them to <br />have neighborhood meetings and they notice the people for that. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico asked if Council objected to modifying the notice procedures to return it to <br />the Planning Commission recommendation. There was none.
