They invited Council to attend the next dialogue on March 28, <br />2003 at Amador Valley High School. <br /> <br /> Lacey Mickleburgh, shadow for Tim Neal, thanked Council and staff for being involved <br />in the program. It was a well-organized and educational experience that she appreciated very <br />much. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />There were none by staff. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky suggested discussing item 6c, General Plan Review Process, before item <br />6b, regarding the West Las Positas Interchange. He also wanted to make some comments on <br />item 4f, the proposed new street name. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions <br />on the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the amended Minutes of 01/14/03 and 03/04/03. <br /> <br />Vanessa Kawalhau, 871 Sycamore Road, requested the Minutes of 03/04/03 be amended <br />to include a statement she made. She referred to the first sentence on page four and <br />wanted the following added: "and requested the documentation that would support the <br />City's contention that the bypass road was not intended to mitigate traffic and was only a <br />political solution to seduce the Happy Valley voter." She felt without that sentence, no <br />one could understand what the City's political solution was. <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 03:010) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />c.
