Gabriel Ivey, Lacey Mickleburgh, and Mariya Kupershmidt indicated they were three of the four members representing the Project 540 Leadership Team at Amador Valley High School. Project 540 is a program at Amador and Foothill High Schools to stimulate civic education among high school students. They invited Council to attend the next dialogue on March 28, 2003 at Amador Valley High School. Lacey Mickleburgh, shadow for Tim Neal, thanked Council and staff for being involved in the program. It was a well-organized and educational experience that she appreciated very much. 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS There were none by staff. Mr. Brozosky suggested discussing item 6c, General Plan Review Process, before item 6b, regarding the West Las Positas Interchange. He also wanted to make some comments on item 4f, the proposed new street name. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions on the Consent Calendar be taken: a. Approved the amended Minutes of 01/14/03 and 03/04/03. Vanessa Kawalhau, 871 Sycamore Road, requested the Minutes of 03/04/03 be amended to include a statement she made. She referred to the first sentence on page four and wanted the following added: "and requested the documentation that would support the City's contention that the bypass road was not intended to mitigate traffic and was only a political solution to seduce the Happy Valley voter." She felt without that sentence, no one could understand what the City's political solution was. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission.
