Ms. Ayala requested discussion of item 4e on the Consent Calendar. It was decided to <br />continue the item to the meeting of January 7, 2003 to allow for more discussion. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, that the following actions <br />on the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the Minutes of 11/19/02 and 12/03/02. <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 02:061) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Accepted the public improvements for resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. <br />015003RF; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject <br />project; authorized final payment to O'Cn'ady Paving, Inc., in the mount of $409.50; and <br />authorized payment of the retention in the amount of $66,983.17 to O'Grady Paving, Inc. <br />thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion. (SR 02:293) <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Accepted the public improvements for Santa Rita Road resurfacing from Stoneridge <br />Drive to Old Santa Rita Road, Project No. 995015; authorized the City Clerk to file a <br />Notice of Completion for the project; authorized final payment to Top Grade <br />Construction, Inc. in the mount of $22,449.20; and authorized payment of retention in <br />the amount of $21,693.20 to Top Grade Construction, Inc. thirty days after recording the <br />Notice of Completion. (SR 02:295) <br /> <br />Approval of the First Quarter 2002-03 Financial Report amending the 2002-03 Operating <br />Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. (SR 02:298) <br />This item was continued to 1/07/03. <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 02-136, authorizing settlement of a pending Workers' <br />Compensation Claim. (SR 02:292) <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 02-137, vacating an excess portion of the existing Vineyard <br />Avenue fight of way adjacent to the Heinz property (Lot 28 of the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan Area) and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim <br />Deed for this excess right of way.
