It will be 2004 before funds start to accumulate for future projects. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />Adoption of a Negative Declaration for State Grant Funding for Val Vista Communi~ <br />Park (SR 02:298) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 02-139, adopting a negative declaration for state grant funding for the Val Vista <br />Community Park. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pieo <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />PUD-19, Colma Drayage, Inc./Nolan Farm <br />Application for PUD development plan approval to subdivide an existing 1.8+ acre lot into <br />two lots: a 1.6+ acre lot and a 10,602-sq. ft. lot, each with an existing home, on property. <br />located at 1015 and 1027 Rose Avenue. (SR 02:294) <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky asked if this subdivision would require any additional fees, such as school <br />impact fees? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said there would be a subdivision fee required. However, some fees normally <br />collected at a building permit stage, such as school fees, utility connection fees, etc. would not be <br />collected since there is no new building.
