(SR 02:236) This item was continued by Councilmember Ayala to the meeting of 10/1/02. Item 6d Review of Community, Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2001 (2001/2002). (SR 02:238) Steven Bocian presented the staff report. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to approve the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2001 (2001/2002) The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL Ms. Michelotti wanted assurance that Council was willing to review on a case-by-case basis the application of residents of Happy Valley for sewer and water connections. There will be a great impact from construction of the lines on Alisal and she wanted to give something back to the residents if they wanted. Ms. Dennis felt the residents need to agTee on what their needs are. Some wanted water and sewer and others are less interested. She was reluctant to discuss it at this time because the residents are still adjusting to the annexation. Some may want to revisit the colmections to utilities, but she felt they needed time to collect their thoughts on their concerns.
