Zoning for the property, is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- OS (Open Space) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) - Vineyard District. (SR 02:174) <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Campbell inquired about the composite fencing. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swirl explained that it was a component of the Green Building Program and asked <br />the developer to explore something other than a redwood fence.
