The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-14, GHC Investments, LLC <br />Application for PUD (Planned Unit Development) plan approval for an 18-lot, single-family <br />subdivision located on the Heinz property on Vineyard Avenue (Lot 28 in the Vineyard <br />Corridor Specific Plan Area). Zoning for the property, is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- OS (Open Space) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) - Vineyard District. (SR 02:174) <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Campbell inquired about the composite fencing. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swirl explained that it was a component of the Green Building Program and asked <br />the developer to explore something other than a redwood fence. A composite fence is one made <br />of some kind of plastic product. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br />There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1867, approving the application of GHC Investments, LLC for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval for an 18-lot, single-family subdivision located on the <br />Heinz property on Vineyard Avenue (Lot 28 in the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area), <br />as filed under Case PUD-14. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti requested as much open fencing as possible.
