Adopted Resolution No. 02-075, Certifying Taxes and Assessments concerning <br />Proposition 218. (SR 02:149) <br /> <br />Approved Plans and Specifications for Santa Rita Road resurfacing from Stonefidge <br />Drive to Old Santa Rita Road, Project No. 995015; reviewed bids and awarded a <br />construction contract to Top Grade Construction, Inc. for a low bid of $384,636.75; and <br />authorized the City Manager to execute the above contract. (SR 02:154) <br /> <br />Approved Consultant Agreement with AKA Landscape Architects for design services for <br />Stoneridge Mall Road Landscape Renovation, Project No. 017043; and authorized the <br />City Manager to execute the contract. (SR 02:157) <br /> <br />Approved the plans and specifications for curb and gutter replacements, Project No. <br />015003CS; reviewed the bids and awarded the contract to Vargas and Esquivel <br />Construction, Inc. for a low bid of $95,520; and authorized the City Manager to execute <br />the contract. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />Arroyo del Valle Update <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan indicated staff has had conversations with Zone 7 representatives and an <br />agreement has been reached between the two agencies to supply water to the Arroyo in a way <br />that will not impact the water supply to the groundwater basin. The City owns the closest well <br />that could work with untreated water, Well No. 5, near Alisal School, where the water would <br />enter the Arroyo near the Pleasanton Hotel. A formal agreement will be prepared.
