Randolph Harris/Harris & Harris, P.C. <br />Application for a minor modification to the approved PUD for the Ruby Hill <br />Development (PUD-93-02) to create a 70-foot wide access parcel (2.06_+ acres) to the <br />Foley property located at 1196 Vineyard Avenue (APN 950-0005-002-02). The new <br />parcel would be located along the westerly edge of the northem portion of the Ruby Hill <br />Development. Zoning for the property is PUD-A/OS/LDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />Agriculture/Open Space/Low Density Residential) District. (SR 02:120) <br /> <br />Ms. Ayala commented that these bills are a pre-emption of local authority. She urged <br />people to contact Assemblyman Dutra to oppose these bills.
