4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions on <br />the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the City Council Minutes for 5/7/02. <br /> <br />b. Proclaimed June 2002 "Scleroderma Awareness Month" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />c. Proclaimed June 1-9, 2002 as "Affordable Housing Week" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />ho <br /> <br />Authorized staff to request applications for representation on an Ad Hoc Committee to <br />review and update the In-Lieu Park Dedication Fee. (SR 02:112) <br /> <br />Directed staffto work with Messrs. Roberts and Grove in exploring options for relocating <br />the building site at 24 Grey Eagle Court should portions of the City's water tank site <br />prove to be surplus land. (SR 02:115) <br /> <br />Approved the Contract with Englund Designworks, Inc. in the amount of $12,000; <br />authorized staff to conduct a bid to identify a sign manufacturer and installer to conduct <br />work based on specifications provided by Englund Designworks; and authorized funding <br />from CIP Project 988029-City Hall Office Building and Civic Center Site Improvements <br />Reserves to cover costs related to this project. (SR 02:111) <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 02-049, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Cooperative <br />Agreement between the City and the County of Alameda to participate in the Alameda <br />County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (Fiscal Years 2003, 2004, and <br />2005) for the purposes of securing Federal HOME funds.
