Approved Contract Amendment No. 2 with BSK Associates in the amount of $26,000 to continue geotechnical services and specialty inspection services for the Livermore- Pleasanton Fire Station # 1 (previously//4) and administrative facility, Project No. 948046; and authorized the City Manager to execute the amendment. (SR 02:001) Approved Change Order #3 to City contract #C-01-140 with Manuel Brothers, Inc. dated 12/4/01 in the amount of $110,997.62 plus a contingency of 15% ($16,500) to install fiber optic cabling to the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park, Operations Service Center and New Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Headquarters; approved an expenditure of $10,000 for computer equipment related to this project; and authorized use of the City's Computer Replacement Fund (Fund 046900) to cover the City's share of project costs with adjustments made to reflect the funding outlined in the report at the time the City prepares its quarterly financial report. (SR 02:017) Approved Contract Amendment No. 1 with MacKay and Somps, Inc. for a cost not to exceed $98,600 to provide specialized consultant services; authorized the City Manager to execute said agreement; and appropriated $98,600 from the General Fund for this contract. (SR 02:011) PUD-02-2M, South Bay Construction Application for a minor modification to PUD-02, an approved PUD development plan for eight office buildings comprising 750,000 sq.ft, of floor area and related facilities on the southwest comer of Bemal Avenue, to delete the two-year construction timing condition. Approved a contract with Bartle Wells Associates for $32,000 to provide financial advisory services for the refunding of the 1989 Certificates of Pa~icipation for the cross- town sanitary sewer project. (SR 02:016) Approved a Consultant Contract with RRM Design Group for an amount not to exceed $346,000 to provide necessary site studies and architectural services for the design of Fire Station No. 4; and authorized the City Manager to execute the contract. (SR 02:007) Approved a Professional Services Contract to Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation for design and construction support for the traffic signal battery backup systems, traffic signal video detection systems and traffic signal controller cabinet replacement (CIP 015034) for an amount not to exceed $35,000 for the 1-580 Smart Corridor Project. (SR 02:008) Accepted public infrastructure for North Sycamore Specific Plan area-wide improvements, including portions of Sunol Boulevard, Sycamore Road/Sycamore Creek Way, and the Lund Reservoir and pump station constructed by the Sycamore Funding Development Company; and authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion.
