3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS There were none. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Miehelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions be taken: a. Approved the City Council Minutes for 11/15/01 and 12/04/01. b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 02:003) No action was required or taken on this item. c. Approved claims for the month of November 2001 in the mount of $11,233,991.88, investments, and COPS AB 3229 expenditures report for November 2001. (SR 02:009) d. Adopted Resolution No. 02-001, approving the 2001-02 First Quarter Financial Report. (SR 02:021) e. Authorized the City Manager to execute contracts for accounting and engineering services in amounts not to exceed $60,000 total, to assist staff in implementing GASB 34 for the fiscal year ending 6/30/02. (SR 02:020) f. Approved a contract with Rolf Jensen & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $35,000 to complete a site evaluation study in compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act; and authorized an amendment to the City's Operating Budget (011711- 4348) to cover the cost of this study. (SR 02:022) g. Accepted the Traffic Committee Minutes for December 6, 2001. (IR 02:001) h. Adopted Resolution No. 02-002, approving a License Agreement between the City and Castlewood Heights Owners Association (Pulte Homes) for landscaping on Sunol Boulevard. (SR 02:015) i.
