Adopt Resolution No. 01-099, approving the compensation plan for the Livermore- <br />Pleasanton Fire Department Management Employees for the period September 1,2001 <br />through August 31, 2002. (SR 01:225) <br /> <br />Approve Contract Amendment No. 1 with Tanaka Design Group in the amount of <br />$25,000, to provide consultant services for the bidding and construction phases of the Val <br />Vista Community Park, CIP 997042, and authorize the City Manage to execute the <br />contract amendment. (SR 01:226) <br /> <br />Approve the Consultant Agreement with HortScience, Inc. to conduct an inventory of <br />City-owned trees and develop a tree maintenance management plan and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute the Agreement. (SR 01:227) <br /> <br />PUD-85-02-2D-5M, Henckick Automotive Group <br />Application for a minor modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD- <br />85-02), Pleasanton Auto Mall, located at 4335-4345 Rosewood Drive, to amend the <br />development plan and for design review approval to: (1) construct an approximately <br />1,240 sq. fl. sales floor and service area addition to 4341 Rosewood Drive; (2) construct <br />an approximately 250 sq. fl. service area addition to 4345 Rosewood Drive; (3) expand <br />the existing service canopy between the 4341 and 4345 Rosewood Drive buildings; and <br />(4) modify the on-site parking of the above-noted property. (SR 01:230) <br /> <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amended Cooperative Fee Agreement regarding school <br />facilities. (SR 01:231) This item was removed from the agenda and eontinned to a <br />future date. <br /> <br /> Pat Keman, School Board member, expressed his pride in the partnership with the City <br />and the joint work on the character education program. He especially thanked the Police Chief <br />and Fire Chief for all the work the members of their departments have done for the community, <br />not just during the last week. He thought the amendment to the Cooperative Fee Agreement had <br />been resolved to everyone's satisfaction. He has worked on this for two years. He has been a <br />lawyer for 25 years and has represented many school districts around the state. The School <br />District and developers have signed the proposed agreement.
