The American Red Cross is always a safe place to send donations. <br />He announced that on September 29, 2001 at the Veterans Memorial Building in Pleasanton, <br />there will be a pancake breakfast with all donations going to the victims on the East Coast. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom <br />Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City <br />Attorney; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Tim Neal, Police Chief; Stewart GaD,, Fire <br />Chief; Brian Swift, Director of Pla~ing and Community Development; and Gail Gilpin, <br />Economic Development Manager. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6a, regarding Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development Agreement, was <br />continued to the next meeting on October 2, 2001, due to flight difficulties of the Taubman <br />representative atier the national airport closures. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested that item 4i, approval of the amendments to the Cooperative Fee <br />Agreement be continued. She wanted to help the School District obtain a total package, <br />including the Gift Agreement, in order to accomplish the Points of Agreement made months ago. <br />She asked staffto answer the following questions: 1) what is the relationship of the amendment <br />to the original Cooperative Agreement and the Gift Agreement. 2) discuss the cash flow <br />document that went with both agreements; and 3) how many of the Points of Agreement have <br />been satisfied with regard to approval of the Cooperative Agreement and the Gift Agreement. <br />She suggested a closed session at the next Council meeting and then possibly a joint closed <br />session with the School Board members. She requested that when the matter comes back on the <br />agenda that it not be on the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti clarified that this continuance is based on the Council procedure that one <br />member can continue an item one time. <br /> <br />taken: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be <br /> <br />Approve City Council Minutes for 9/4/01. <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission.
