They have arrived at a color scheme, which meets the goals of the Planning <br />Department. It represents a scheme that should be something the community can be <br />happy with. They feel they have gone as far with the color scheme as staff has asked <br />them to gO. The family is willing to go with either scheme "C" or scheme "F". They <br />have spent a lot of time getting additional color schemes together and color scheme "F" <br />has emerged as the one they most readily support. Their primary interest at this point is <br />to break ground for the project. They have a couple of very important contracts that are <br />being considered. The completion of this project and moving into the facility is <br />extremely important. The color has become a secondary issue from a business <br />perspective.
