When she looks at the condition linking it to the golf course and considers the <br />impacts on the residents on the other side of the Greenbriar project, she did not think it <br />was fair. She asked what people want and where is the most consensus, and she felt it <br />was to go forward. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mayor Pico, to ask staff to look at <br />aH the conditions on this project and update them. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Ayala and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Campbell, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />The motion failed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce <br />Ordinance No. 1827, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, to <br />delete condition #99 from PUD-97-12, as fried under Case PUD-97-12-1M, and on <br />Case PAP-13, the appeal of the vesting tentative tract map 7193, to delete condition <br />#3 and to add conditions concerning reimbursement for infrastructure, paying a pro <br />rata share of consultant and related costs for the golf course permits, participating <br />in providing water and sewer for Happy Valley residents, signing the revised school <br />impact fee agreement, and incorporating into the conditions of approval aH <br />agreements between the applicant and the neighbors. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked for an additional condition to include all side agreements with <br />neighbors be consolidated within the PUD. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush suggested wording that to the extent there are agreements between <br />New Cities and neighbors that are specifically reflected in the conditions, direct staffto <br />investigate whether they exist and incorporate them as conditions of the tentative map. <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti agreed to include that in her motion. <br /> <br />Ms. Ayala asked for an amendment to add inclusionary housing. <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti said no. <br /> <br /> A substitute motion was made by Mayor Pico, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that <br />was the same as Ms. Michelotti's motion, but also added a condition requiring 15% <br />of housing be affordable. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 22 03/20/01 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
