Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 00:033) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approve the Reimbursement Agreement with Greenbriar Land Company to <br />reimburse the Greenbriar Land Company for the cost of installing a water main <br />between the existing northerly Ventana Hills residential development (Hopkins <br />Court) and the Bridle Creek development; authorize the City Manager to enter <br />into the agreement; and authorize the transfer of $60,000 from the Water <br />Expansion Funds for this water main extension. (SR 00: 194) <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance No. 1809, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 1.10, Conflict <br />of Lmcrest. (SR 00:207) <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1807, amending Table 15.20.180 of Section 15.20. 180 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning local and regional sewer rates and <br />charges. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1808~ approving the application of Kaiser Aluminum and <br />Chemical Corporation for Planned Unit Development approval, as filed under <br />Case PUD-98-07 (PAP-07). <br /> <br />Appoint Sharrell Michalotti as the voting delegate for the League of California <br />Cities' Annual Conference in September. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> A presentation was made to Mayor Tarvet from the Caledonian Club expressing <br />appreciation for his support of the Scottish Gathering and Games. Current Chief Ralph <br />Black and past Chiefs Jack Scott,Gordon MacDonald, Kfistan Robhie Anderson, John <br />Johnston, and Alan Purves were present for the award.
