He also <br />indicated there is more grass because there are no driveways in the from of the houses. <br /> <br /> Bill Hezmalhalch, of William Hezmalhalch Architects, described the 6,000 square <br />foot lots. The homes will range from 2,890 to 3,550 square feet with three car garages. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet clarified that these housing units will primarily Pace the open space <br />and the berm. <br /> <br />Ms. Micheloth asked about the floor area ratio (FAR). <br /> <br />Mr. Swift said it was from about 50% to 60%. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pierson then described the 12,000 square foot lots.
