(SR00:236) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented an overview of the project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush reviewed the details of the Pmmmexation Development Agreement as <br />well as various other agreements. <br /> <br /> Bruce Lymburn, attorney lbr San Francisco, indicated Mayor Brown and the San <br />Francisco Utilities Commission was very pleased tlmt an agreement had been reached. <br />He appreciated all the work on this project. With regard to the Civic Center Parcel, he <br />indicated the San Francisco Water Department was willing to transfer the parcel to the <br />City of Pleasanton for $500,000. He stated the school fees issue was new, but he felt San <br />Francisco staff would be willing to discuss the school fees issue and the easement. <br /> <br /> Patrick Costanzo, Jr., Senior Vice Present of Greenbriar Homes, expressed his <br />appreciation for all the time and effort of City staff to help develop the final proposal. <br />One issue introduced last week was transfer of land for the community park. That is now <br />part of the Development Agreement. 'II~e second issue was moving units from the East <br />Parcel and alternatives if all units cannot be built on it. Greenbriar has now proposed <br />only two altemafives, 7A and 7B. Hc described the proposed plans. Mr. Costanzo <br />indicated the last issue concerned the sound berms. <br /> <br />There was discussion about what would he seen over the top of the barms. <br /> <br /> He then introduced Dan Rosenbaum of South Bay Development, the commercial <br />developer, and Terry I ,ofrano of MBH Architects, who reviewed the proposal for the <br />commercial portion of the project. Renderings, drawings, plans, and materials were <br />displayed for review. <br /> <br /> Mr. Costanzo presented an overview of the residential development proposals. <br /> <br /> Carol Meyer, principal with Greenbriar, described the apartment project proposal <br />and the Village Commons area. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotli asked about the street alignment between the apartments and the <br />4.000 sq. ft. lots. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 3 08/21/00 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
