Ms. Michelutti talked about the parts of the property that will be highly visible. <br />After a brief break, Council reconvened at 10:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />{1) Approval of final map, improvement plans and Subdivision Agreement for <br /> Tract 7158, Ruby Hill, Ruby Hill Develonment Joint Venture, L.P. <br />(2) Reimbursement Agreements with Ruby Hill Development Joint Venture for the <br /> VineyaM "S" Curve Sewer Extension and the Ruby Hill Fire FaciliP/ <br /> <br />This item was continued until September 5, 2000. <br /> <br />Item 4r <br />Desilznation of Reltular Cit~ Council Meeting Dates in August 2000. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis said that she could not support this because of the time schedule <br />imposed upon the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Pico, to adopt Resolution No. <br />00-107 establishing August 1, August 15 and August 28 as regular meeting dates in <br />August 2000. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councihnember Dennis <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />PRZ-01 / RZ-99-01, West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report, <br /> <br /> Michael Kliment, 5142 Foothill Road, said the problem everyone is trying to <br />resolve is a hard one to define. IIe asked two questions: (1) Do we need these <br />regulations? Can we go back to the old guidelines, which had more flexibility? He <br />questioned the color factor mentioned in the staff' report, roof pitch and setbacks. (2) <br />When the homes presently built need to be remodeled and/or updated, please consider the <br />approximately 40 homes that fall into this category and exempt them from the proposed <br />guidelines. He stated that he felt that there were just a lot or two that would fail into the <br />category that would create a blight.
