Ms. Aeosta said that the City has been taking out large ads in the newspapers to notify the public of these meetings and will continue to do so. Ms. Dennis asked what material was available in the Planning Department for the public to study regarding what will be discussed at these meetings. Ms. Acosta said that these are siarply updates. Ms. Michelntti asked if documents were available for upcoming Planning Conunission meetings. Mr. Swift said the PUD application is available, there is a staff report addressing all of the land use items and architectural design that went to the Planning Commission for its review tomorrow night. All of the final documents that the Planning Commission will need are scheduled to be available by Friday of this week. This includes the draft development agreement, Specific Plan, all of the proposed conditions of approval and the staff report. Ms. Ayala asked if them had been complaints received concerning the lack of written reports. Mr. Swift said he had not received any. He said that all of the hearings to date have been presentations in workshop settings. Ms. Ayala said she had not received any complaints. Ms. Dennis said she had received some complaints. Mayor Tarver said the Planning Department would certainly do all that it can to make sure reports are available in a thnely fashion by making them available to the community and advertising as much as possible. Ms, Acosta said a workshop was scheduled for Council on August 10, 2000. Next scheduled would be a City Council Special Meeting August 21, 2000 and a regular City Council meeting on August 28, 2000. Mr. Roush said the regular City Council meetings are August 1, 2000 and August 15. 2000. The staff reconmaendation for other Augttsl meetings has, as of now, been pulled off the consent calendar, and therefore has not yet been decided. In addition, there iS City Council Workshop scheduled for August 10, 2000 and a City Council Special Meeting scheduled for either August 21st or August 22nd, as yet to be determined because of the availability of councilmembers. At that time Council would introduce to the Specific Plan and introduce of the PUD Ordinance, the Development Agreement. the Growth Management Ageement and a number of other agreements related to the San Francisco Bemal Avenue Property.
