ABAG has no regard <br />tbr the growth limits and urban growth boundary limits adopted by the citizens. He felt <br />there could be a state initiative regarding this. Citizens will not put up with the State <br />dictating what the citizens should accept with regard to housing. <br /> <br />Ms. Ayala agreed. <br /> <br />Mr. Swirl said that could be done, but the best place to start was with ABAG. <br /> <br /> Mayor 'larver believed the City should withdraw from the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments and withdraw its funding.
