The Request for Proposal was <br />reissued and the proposals were reviewed by the Sub-Committee. A decision has been <br />made to proceed with Bridge Housing. This is a totally non-profit group that has <br />committed to proceed with the project. Staff has presented an agreement to Bridge <br />Housing for review and it is estimated a meeting with the Assisted Living Sub- <br />Committee will occur in about two weeks. The proposal should be before Council in <br />August or September. Thc project is basically the same, however staff is hoping to have <br />more aftbrdable units included. <br /> <br />Ms. Delmis asked how citizens could obtain inibrmation about tenancy. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian indicated that has not been dealt with at this point, but them will be <br />significant notification when the project is ready for marketing. <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti inquired about the status of the Merriot' project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift responded that plans have gone through plan checking.
