3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6b, PAP-05, (SPA-9%01/PUD-99-16) Paul Fagliano, was continued to the <br />meeting of April 18, 2000. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />actions be taken on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />a. Approve the City Council Minutes/br 3/07/00. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim April as "Sexual Assault Awareness Month" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Approve plans and specifications for coating, lining and installation of cathodic <br />protection of Tank 1600, Project No. 991018; review the bids received and award <br />the contract for the subject project to Blair & Sons, Inc. of Benicia, Califomia for <br />a low bid of $241,000 for the recoat option; approve Contract Amendment No. 6 <br />with Villalobos & Associates to provide specialty inspection services for Tank <br />1600 for a cost not-to-exceed $33,305 plus $10,983 remaining under Contract <br />Amendment No. 5 for a total of $44,288; and authorize the City Manager to enter <br />into the above contracts. (SR 00:074) <br /> <br />Approve plans and specifications for curb and gutter replacements, Project No. <br />995009; review the bids received and award the contract to Vargas and Esquivel <br />Construction, Inc., of San Francisco, for a low bid of $82,918.00; and authorize <br />the City Manager to enter into the above contract. (SR 00:073) <br /> <br />Approve Contract Amendment No. 1 with Kier & Wright modifying the scope of <br />work to include aerial topography surveys and extending the not-to-exceed <br />amount for the subject contract to $200,000 for the remainder of fiscal years <br />1999/00 through 2000/01; and authorize the City Manager to execute the subject <br />contract.
