Mark Sweeney, 4309 Hacienda Dtive, representative of Prudential, the seller, indicated the applicant was in agreement with the staff report and conditions of approval and he was available to answer any questions. There were no questions from Council. There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. Ms. Mohr indicated Red Bear has been active in the community and all its projects so far have been well received and a credit to the community. It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 94-120, approving the application for development plan to Construct an approximately 19,928+ sq. ft. office/video production facility located at 5955 Coronado Lane (Lot 21C, Hacienda Business Park), subject to the conditions set forth in the staff report.
