(SR 94:313) Brian Swirl presented the staff report. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. Jane and Clay Cameron, 9104 Longview Drive, pointed out the benefits of the Bed and Breakfast and urged Council to approve their application. Lola Baggett, 1543 Trimingham Drive; Mickie DeFreitas, 5 Twelve Oaks Drive; Robert Cordtz, 262 W. Angela; and Ruth Klein, 9146 Longview Drive, spoke in favor of the application. JoAnn Johnson, 9086 Longview Drive, indicated she had been concerned because of traffic and noise, but is now in support of the application. There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1636 be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving amendments to sections of the Plea~qnton Municipal Code related to the establishment of bed and breakfast inns. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Scribner ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to adopt Resolution No. 94-102, upholding the decision of the Planning Commission approving Case UP-94-56, the application of Jane and Clay Cameron for a conditional use permit to establish a small four-room bed and breakfast establishment at 9104 Longview Drive.
