density housing but we have systematically planned piece meal to accommodate what <br />infrastructure we could put in without going after the Fair Board to put Rose Avenue in. <br />Having said all that, his problem with the application had to do with the affordable <br />housing componem that is being offered. That is the attractive part of this proposal.
